slow going 67' project

Have the motor and tans finally out ... now just stripping down the 67' and get the front leaf springs put in to get the solid axle D60 in front. Tons more to do though will post as it goes

Have the frame as a back up in the back of the garage, not sure yet if I will need it until I try to match up the 85' frame to drill the holes for the hangers.....

was all set to use it then looked at it and realized I needed one with the auto cooler so Patched the old one till I buy an aluminum radiator for it. The one you gave me I put in storage till one of my buddies with a manual needs a replacement.

Yep my projects are on the slow side due to the same reasons as Zakt.

Slow moving projects are like driving the freeways around here,
always a chance the pace might improve though.
Ya never know.

Being single after a divorce does tend to give one an edge in getting
stuff like old truck restoration done more quickly, I'll have to say.

I too bear in mind the homeowner's association.
Thats why I like the fact my 2006 project actually moved within a couple weeks.
If I move my three vehicles around a little bit,
occasionaly vary
the appearance of my place in doing so, I think I'll run the risk of remarks
slightly less than I might otherwise.

I know how the home projects sometimes takes over the truck projects. But when I get my home project done then I have more garage space.

Same sorta thing here, last week was spent clearing ground and erecting the flooring supports for a 200 sq. ft structure meant to make space utilization easier ... to accomodate the never ending projects. Much like an old Ford in forward motion: This spins around to make this happen, which allows for this to occur, making this possible, all for the low, low price of ....

Phwagg...I sure enjy reading your posts. It appears to me that you have a strong command of the written and spoken words of the English language.

I am fortunate to write much, much better than I speak...for I have been accused of having a thick southern acent...yet I never seem to hear it myself.

Either way..phwagg..kep on posting so I can keep on enjoying them.
