My son and I got started tearing apart the dead 360 in our 71 XLT. I just have a couple pictures for now...we are working around a couple of other projects, including my daughter's 280z. I took a couple pix of the pulley setup in both trucks. The green truck had factory air and the red truck had a poorly installed aftermarket unit. The only remnants of this one are the condenser, the compressor mount and a really ugly hole in the firewall. I'm going to try to reuse this hole with the factory air unit. Anyway, more pictures coming as work progresses.
I should point out that the pictures are in my gallery. :\

re: Engine swap begins
I here you man. I have two other projects in motion as well. It becomes an addictive habit. Should have taken mothers advice about only having one car. It sure gets expensive....
