OK, here's the deal:
The clip specifically pictured above was the one mentioned by fordman, as the clip that holds the speedo cable to the frame. However, I also forgot the factory used the same clip on the rear axle tube vent, as mentioned by hoss103.
I checked on the only truck I still have that semi-complete, but there wasn't a similar clip holding the line to the fuel tank inside the cab. I'm not saying there wasn't supposed to be one there...but right now I can't recall one being there. And if there IS supposed to be one there, isn't it dipped in liquid rubber, to act as a vibration dampener? However, even if it wasn't dipped, and is a straight metal clamp, the grease on the one pictured above would be a hint that it wasn't inside the cab. (Yeah, I know, it's a technicality...)
I also believe that any clamp that held wiring, brakeline or fuel line was either plastic or a metal clip dipped in liquid rubber...I don't think they used a straight metal clamp on those items, to minimize chafing.
So as it sits right now, I'm going to call two winners of this one...fordman and hoss103. However, if more than a couple of you can verify that this metal clip (without a rubber insulator) is present on the in-cab fuel line and/or the positive battery cable, then I'll have to divvy this one up among those who answered as such....and I'll have to be a little more aware of what I post in the future!
