OK, one more for today....but don't get used to having this many in this short a timespan. In the future I'll probably keep this to one every few days.
This item can only be found on select '70-'72 models. What is it, and what does it bolt up to?

Looks kind of like it was at one time a funky factory swaybar for twin I beam trucks.

OOOOOHHH!!! OOOOHHH!!! I know this one!
Its the factory A/C drain tube.
The little tab holds it to the outside of the firewall and it snakes up to the hole in the firewall where it connects to the A/C evaporator housing to drain off the water drippings.

Sharkdance got it!
You'll only find these on '70-'72 trucks with factory A/C. The '68-'69 trucks only had a small rubber hose that went down through the passenger-side floorpan and then out through the front of the cab mount.
Here's a shot of the '70-'72 version installed on a '70 Ranger XLT:

Better Late than never. I happen to know that it also is on all facory AC trucks even on a 68. Cause my 68 f250 Camper Special has the same. Now it could have been replaced early in life, but it looks original. Ray
