Since the weather outside windy and the temps are single digit, I figured I would get inside and get work done on the highboy....
It's been a busy day...
Replaced the upper bearing in the column, was gonna do the lower but NPD lists the wrong part...
Replaced the turn signal switch,
Installed dome light brackets and plunger switches...
rewired the Clearance lights:
lnstalled a Circuit breaker (CB)
Installed a relay (87)
Energized the relay from the marker lights and fed via the CB
Fixed the grounds on the clearance lights
Installed new floor dimmer switch
Found a bad horn relay (gotta hit the parts store)
Took out the old dash speaker, gonna replace it, putting in a stock AM radio Monday (if UPS shows up).
Tomorrow is to pull the grill, build and install a new headlight harness (with relays) and new upper headlight adjusters..
Has been / gonna be a productive weekend!
Hope the weekend goes well for the rest of you!
Eric

Wow... am I glad I did the headlight harness today. Once I got in there I found the ground to the voltage regulator was broken off, then just wrapped around the mounting bolt... and the other mounting bolt was gone...
The when I went to write the wiring colors out, the ground on the passengers headlight socket just fell off... I am surprised it even worked..,
Anyway, all the grounds are fixed, the relays are in and it all works great.
Hope everyone else was able to get stuff done too!
Eric
