Help with a part # please

I have this bracket that came with a bunch of ford stuff I got at an auction. It looks like a alternator pivot bracket or a/c bracket or something. Anyway here is the part # C8TE-10039-A, thanks in advance for any help to identify this part

That bracket appears to be for a big truck with the FT engine. It looks like it bolts to the front of the head. Maybe for a big frame alternator or an air compressor.

That number crosses over to C8TZ.10A313.C. Alternator mounting plate for 69,70,71,72 E100/300 240,300 CID 70-72 models( W/O FACTORY AIR )and 1969 models (W/O T/E AND W/O FACTORY AIR)
This may fit some other applications? I just don't have the time right now to check them all
