looks really good. i am glad you only took 3 out. i was thinking around 2.5 would be the max but 3 looks great. so you just have to pie cut the doors and windsheild frame to bring it back to the roof? just wondering about the windsheld and the angle below the cut. does the gasket take up the differance in the angles?

Not to much and not to little it's just right.

now you got me thinking. i have measured it out acouple of times in the past. the fact that i would have extend the roof and the fact it i didn't like the doors looks then they where extend talked me out of it. i might rethink it. oh i think i got the clear tail lights figure out. finally got the plastic.

Marz, are you going to Reso 08? I am really considering driving out there. Not in the 72, but driving none the less. I figure if your guys from IF can do it to G-ville, we can sure as hell try! I really don't think it will cost a lot if (considering) if we have 4 people in the car. It's a 25 hour drive, should be like 6 tanks of gas each way. Hotel rooms are probably 100-150 for 4 nights. But between 4 people I bet we could get it done!

Very nice work and thanks for the pictures. So are you going to piece back together the rear window frame to give you a new configuration?

All I know is that it's going to cost me $400 for a new glass and seal, the guy measured the opening and is working on it now.customcrewcab wrote:so did the windshield fit?

looks good so the roof is welded in? 400 not bad for new seal and windshield and having them both cut down an install.

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
