re: The 70 crew's progress
I have the alternator hooked up and it has been charging from the couple reading I have taken. I still need to hook up my offroad lights with the bumper again, charge the A/c and have it all running then see what the charge rate is. Still need to clean up the wiring and change a few things but I had to get her running again.
This all might have to wait till i have swappped the marine 460 in my 77 with the current 460 in my truck, along with the skyjacker leafs on my truck too. Then the 77 crew will be for sale with 6in of lift a 460 and sitting on 35in tries.
The 70 will be on 5.5in lift coils and Cage radius arms, riding smooth.

re: The 70 crew's progress
I used the 2nd set of cables down on this page and the diagram from Thunderfoot. http://rjminjectiontech.com/?p=7
http://www.fordification.com/forum/download.php?id=8307
The 2nd set has more cable so I could make my ground wire also. I ordered an extra internal regulator with the stuff just in case. Only thing I didn't use were the slugs to soder them together, one of the mechanics at work said if it gets too hot somtimes the soder will melt and leave the wire disconncted so i opted to go with a large dimple on the connectors basically crimping it with a hammer and a punch tool he had for this purpose.

Mike what are you lookin for so I can get a good shot of it. I have wiring everywhere right now, everything is waitting on something else. will all fall together at once.

So that kit puts the 2 wheel drive style radius beam out to the axle and coils in place of the leafs?

re: The 70 crew's progress
Thanks guys, just don't tell the Mrs's about the stuff you are seeing on here LOL. Right now with leafs it has a 4in lift on skyjackers and yes running 35's.
With the new coil kit it will be running 4in lift springs as well but the upper buckets don't have any bolt holes from JBG so I could move them up or down but I think the stock location will work, I am happy with 4in and don't want it any taller, just more flexing now.
Robert the radius arms are for a 4wd but an F100 or F150 application originally, thats how the 1/2 ton 4x4's came. But yes very similar to a 2wd setup. I had a long talk with Jim at cage before I ordered just making sure this stuff was adequate for a 250 crew. Now that it's in my hands it more than takes the cake
Prob wont be able to get them on untill the weekend of the 27th
