Updates to my 67
Although I have just done the brakes wheels and tires you can kinda see it coming around under there I am planning on taking piece by piece off the donor truck and prepping all the pieces before doing the cab transplant. This was the second body for this old Bubpside. truck has 240K on it and still running strong
This was the start of the truck

What did you do with the topper? I've been looking all over here for one, either I miss out by a week or two, or the owners think they're lined with gold!

Threw the topper out back and it was in poor shape, I had it screwed to the bed liner to keep it in one piece. The fiberglass was rotted/shot. Ohterwise you could have it for the taking.

You should see the other side I have to get shots for u guys. I have a 4X4 under it holding the cab up Thats why I am going with a total rebody again. Yea it does do BIZ 4.56 gears and a big block got to love it. I have had the snow go go over the hood when plowing, but that was about 10 years ago when we got 29" of snow one night. Plow went all the way back and knocked off a hose I didnt want to lift on the gas had the snow moving (for a while) But when i stopped and backed up the plow dropped hehehe. And will go through mud like a swamp buggy If you nitice the RF headlight door it was a tree that jumped out in front of me while mudding, 2nd gear WOT and never lifted, tree 0 truck 1

Hey guys,
I have seen and heard this truck in person!!!
That is not unusual rust for Wisconsin!!!
From what i heard, (and it sounds very mean), that 4wd is well worth the work for a donor body.
BTW, the donor he has is a great looking candidate.
