OK, here's another one for you all. All trucks use these. The washers are (should be) a give-away, since AFAIK there's only one spot that uses this style. What are they used for?

They look like cab mount washers.

Scratch that, looks like washers and bolts that hold the steering shaft bracket in line.

They hold the inner fender to the cab

Yep, you got it! These are the bolts and cup washers that hold the steering column mounting bracket to the outer side of the firewall.

This one was actually kind of a trick question. While all trucks do use three bolts with cup washers here, some trucks have slightly different styles of the cup washers. Some are round and some are 8-sided, but it's been my experience that the style I pictured above is the most common.

I knew they looked familiar. I just removed my steering column.
