The body on my 68 is pretty straight. The front bumper looks like it smacked something hard enough to slightly bend it, the bracket and the sheet metal panel behind. Other than that, I have to contend with rust repair. Good thing I learned my autobody skills in Northern Indiana where rust was a common killer of sheet metal!!!
EDITED
I have put an updated link in my signature to my albums. This will be easier for our dialup friends to view the pictures.
So, that is the visible damage I have to deal with. I hope not to find bondo lakes under the paint anywhere. I should be able to start removing the body from the frame in the next few weeks. I'll post more pics as I move along.

Good luck. It may be easier to replace the panels than to try to fix some of that.

Jamie, it's for your own safety.
(I have the same problem as you do on these.)

Hmm, Keith told me on IM he would have to make them links for our dialup friends. I'll let him know they aren't working. They work fine when I click on them, but they are from my webshots albums. Try copying and pasting them into a new browser window too. I'll get them uploaded into my gallery here today.
flyboy, I do plan on new cab corners, front and rear fenders if need be. And for the doors, I'm seriously considering the fiberglass replacements from US body. I know the rocker panels and floorboards have a lot of rust too. I will cut those out and replace.

They work fine for me too. Bryan, why don't you just post a link to your Webshots gallery? Make sure you're not logged onto Webshots when you copy/paste the link, or it will return an error message for everyone.
