We should think of a Northern NJ, Southwestern, NY or Eastern, PA location. June or later would be best for me.

Steve, good call on the new thread.

I'm asking around at work for race tracks (dirt, drag, oval, whatever) in eastern PA. Maybe something in the Scranton area would work out for us?

Who else do we have in the area? Pipes71?

I don't know how far Bonnie will want to travel, in the old truck, to a race track. That's why Middletown was good. Somewhat close for all of us. Not very close to Pittsburg though. But Clay (AlleyCat) is single.

Welcome aboard ladz, I hope you can make it out. Where in PA are you located?

Atco's not bad, I used to go all the time while in college in Philly. If we were going to hit a drag strip in NJ, I'd be more inclined to hit Englishtown (Old Bridge) since it's farther north.

Thats a good call Englishtown would be nice and im out of northeast philadelphia. I think my trucks ready for the 1/4 mile

If Raceway Park is an option, then we should go for the Swap Meet in April. We can hang, B-B-Q, buy stuff, etc.. Just throwing the idea out there...

I just checked, April 18, 19, 20. It's 83 miles from me. My wife has a big birthday on the 22nd. A swap meet may not be her idea of a birthday celebration.

I've been meaning to get to one of the Carlisle events, I've never been to them before. Hmmmmm.....

At some point a MnG at Carlisle wouldn't be a bad idea. Probably not this time around though.

not really any tracks up here near scranton. there is the Penn Cann dirt track but there isnt much around it for things to do. im just north of scranton
