Door Panel pictures added to the Identifying 67-72 page

I have emailed you pictures of 3 different styles of door panels that could have been found used on these trucks. I'm sure there are more and between all of our members we should be able to cover all the types used. I thought this would be a good addition to the site.
example
metal
metal with chrome trim
vinyl with race track chrome
two tone vinyl with race track chrome
ranger xlt type with woodgrain and dual racetrack chrome
I also believe there is a type that uses a thin 1 piece plastic molded overlay to trim out the entire door panel. etc.etc. etc..
as well some used a plastic trim cup behind the handle and yet others didn't
I can't narrow down all the different types from the Parts Catalog as they are only listed by part number under trim codes and they don't have much for descriptions and style etc.....
