Cool, do you want me to bring some tarps for the sides to help block the wind?

Hey will they let me drive to the spot to unload? Or do we have to haul it in?

I just got home. The bump did well. 16mpg both ways bucking a wind with the tailgate up at 75mph. Not bad.

I made enough to pay for gas. Darn cold, with snow. Chris, you need to tithe a little more to the weather gods. :D

here are the pics i took today. this first pic is of a factory a/c almost complete. for 60.00 it was missing the idler pulleys and the condensor.

Image
these next two pics arent very good but are pics of a NOS 1979 ford CB radio. if you notice in the second picture the handset has all the controls on it. the main box just mounted under the dash i suppose. because it was just a box and there was no reason for it to be exposed for the user.

Image
Image
in this last pic is a radio bezel dated with a D1 number on the back. but it was all painted black. instead of the argent and black like i have seen most painted. i don't know if this had been repainted or not.
Image

i also found a door with a wierd serial number on it. i am guessing the vin plate had a typo on it because it ddint start with F. the vin number was 10HKC79251. the vin plate also had a DSO number of 531317. i thought it unusual that it was such a large number. the doors were never purple. theywere lunar green. the vin plate says it was a 1968 f100 with a 390 engine and had automatic with 4:11 gears.

tony is on his way back to tejas and i'm done unloading all the crap that didn't sell.
i'm going to start a thread in the photo section for the rides that i took pics of.

edit: madmaxetc's 300/5sp truck and goldielocks meet at last.

Trying to get em transfered to photobucket and will get them posted later. I did get a few of some of the members. Geez back to work. Staytuned

I wish I had read this post before I went out there I would have stopped by and met more guys from the forum on sat. I had a space with a couple of friends so I didn't get out much on Saturday but on Sunday I met ezernut9mm and wt4speed#2 and shared a few good Ford truck stories plus I made my mopar lovin' friend listen to them all. I didn't get any pics of the swap meet but here's one coming home. it looks like I brought a lot back home but it's a little less than half of what I took.:yip:
