Any one found a source for these?

or a suitable substitute?

Ya, that is a tuff one. Somebudy here has probaly found them, I am just to lazy. I used little O-rings. They worked just fine. :D

You can order them from www.aircraftspruce.com under part number 04-00217 for a #8 screw size or part number 04-00218 for a #10 screw size (which is 3/16 inch). Price should be around .02 each.
