Well now when's the last time you saw one of these...

Now although it's cool as it's kind of vintage, I don't like the obstruction of view it causes. It is a screen like material but.. makes it difficult to see out of.
Do I take it off or leave it??

I would leave it on. :) If it becomes a problem you might consider swapping out the window rather than scrape it off.Be kind of sad to destroy it. :(

how "valuable" is it? or how "vintage" i should say?
i was thinking scrape the darn thing off because i think it would look alot nicer, but im presuming its just a sticker you can get any where...

if its "vintage" or "valuable" then id swap windows. but that would be a bummer because your rear window rubber looks to be in awesome shape

KEEP IT!!!! Don't get rid of something like that! If you don't want it, re-place the rear window. :2cents:

just a quick update for you's.
Ended up changing the PS pump with the one off the 71. Got it all cleaned up and painted, put it in and worked like a champ. Nice and quiet. Actually I was reading in a 68 mustang shop manual to use ATF and add a teaspoon of dye to it that make it green. That's what was in the 71's pump. don't think it had ever been changed. Just found that interesting...
Anyway, went up to DMV Tuesday and got temps. In CT out of state vehicles have to go for a vin verification. Vehicle new than 25 years old still need to go for emissions testing which is done by a service station. They can also do the vin check. But older than 25 years is exempt from emissions has to go to DMV for the vin check.
So, did that on Wednesday afternoon, then Thursday morning went and got the real plates. So I'm all legal.
The bad news is the rad started squirt'n again. It's got one of those lever type caps on it so as long as I leave the lever up it don't build pressure and doesn't leak. Going to order the new rad this week..
Other wise running great. put about 100miles on it so far, got a few  ....
