Site/forum visitation stats

Post by FORDification »

Just thought I'd share some of the site visitation stats with you all. This is a graph that shows site hits by month, starting from the first month the forums were started. The slow rise at the beginning was with the old forums. Then you'll see a sharp decrease in visitation, that was when the changeover was made from the old site/forum setup to the new server and new forum. There was a few months there where people were trying to find us, but once they did, it's been steadily increasing every month.

You can see that the site visitation has almost doubled just in the last 6 months! Now...the stats above are tabulated by the free service I use. The actual server statistics are a bit different, but are much more detailed. Here is the visitation stats for the month of June as recorded by the server itself:

Keith, the growth is testament to the quality site you have put together for a group of people who not only enjoy their trucks, but also the fellowship found here. Thanks. :D

Great job Keith, I wish my Pizza hut numbers looked that good. This is an awesome sight and I am sure that everyone out there passes the word around. Thanks Keith.

Well, the previous hit record for a single 24-hour period was back on June 5th, with a total of 1048. We came close to that on 2 days ago with 1033, but finally broke that record again yesterday with 1102. :D

I hit it at least once a day. It's kind of like catnip...can't get enough.

It definitely needs to be said and said again. You have done a fine job with this site and message board. I am glad you are putting in the time for us to have this.

I am currently in early stages of setting up a site for the city of Erie KS with a message board like this one. What host do you use? I have bought the domain name and one year hosting at www.lunarpages.com

Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!!!
