OK, it looks close to a cab mount, but I don't know what those brackets are that are hooked to it. I don't remember seeing anything like that when I did my CAB SWAP... So I haven't a clue...

Yes it is. This mount extends from the transfer case to the frame on the driver's side. This one isn't a bumpside part...I got it from a '75(ish) F150 with an NP205, but thought it might be still somewhat relevant to the site, since many of you 4WD owners are upgrading to these.
