Just drove my truck back to the shop last night after taking a small brake. Here is what I am planning to do next.. I will section and pie cut the hood, shave the tail gate, shave the dash, chop the top and install a dentside rear glass and finish the bed floor. I will post some pice as I go.
Dose anybody know how to move this subject from Photo Galley to Project Update? Thanks

Re: From the beginning to now "10-02-08"
After such a long time I finally get a chance to get more work done on my truck.
In the next couple of months I will be working on my truck and on the bolt on suspension.
These are my plans.
For my truck there are 4 things I want to acomplish soon.
1.Finish roding the fenders for more wheel clearance.
2.Finish cowl shaving.
3.Finish sheet metal work on the bed floor.
4.Shoot a satin black paint over the truck.
For the bolt on suspension.
1.Finish the steering setup.
2.Make brakets for the strut rod.
3.Start mocking up for the upper control arms.
I found a cool 4 piston caliper brake setup from a car that will bolt right in
to the spindles on my bolt in setup. It's going to be bad a$$!!

Thank guys,1971ford wrote:i dont understand the more wheel clearence/rod welded on the fender
What the rod dose is stiffins the fender since most of the fender lip is gone and it also protects my tire from getting shreded when turning left or right.
So instead of a sharp edge lip there is a nice round lip.
