Built the wife a porch and got a sawzall out of the deal!
We've been wanting a porch to sit on and enjoy the California nights for some time now.
I poured the slab about 6months ago and finally got my little brother to visit and help me heft the 17 foot 6X12" beam into place.
Had to cut the eaves off the house so I got a top o the line Bosch sawzall out of the deal.
I'm looking around for a project I can use a CNC milling machine on next!

Put a 10 tpi blade on one and it'll remove your old floorpan in under 5 minutes.

We have the same one, and boy are they nice. We got ours for free from my uncle who works at a shipping company. It was lost freight or something.

I formed and poured the concrete. Had the design pretty firm in my head and did a quick sketch and went to town. It makes the house look about a 100 times better and keeps the sun out of the living room so it's cooler.
That sawzall though! That is the dookie. A couple kids that used to work for me have been putting together a stunt bike in my garage and I've been using 7 1/2" organic blades to cut the metal. That sawzall is way faster and cleaner.
My only regret is that I didn't buyone 20 years ago.

You don't know how many times I've said that! I'm waiting for my Milwaukee to die to give me an excuse to buy that Porter Cable Tiger. That's the one where the nose twists and bends at different angles. I might be waiting for a long time for the Milwaukee to die.My only regret is that I didn't buyone 20 years ago.
There are two tools that I can't believe I never bought sooner. The pneumatic nail gun and the palm nailer.

I don't like the Milwaukees becuase the rubber guard is always slipping off, and the hex key blade securing mechanism sucks also

That's how I get most of my tools, by doing different projects at home.
