I can't tell you how many 5000 RPM 460 nuetral drops and reverse to drive burnouts the tired C-6 in my Ranchito has seen, but it still went fine until the day the engine flew apart. Shoot, it's even seen a valve float 2nd gear to reverse shift at 60 MPH that didn't phase it (made for a fun ride though).

would draining the TypeF and replacing it with dex or ATF possibly fix the slipping?
