Will My Bellhousing Work??

I looking at a 4spd for my truck but I was wondering if I could use my 3spd bellhousing with it?

it depends on what 4 speed it is. if it came out of car i don't think you can use it. if it came out of a truck then yes. the car bellhousings are 6 inches deep and the trucks are 6 1/2 inches deep.

They say its out of a 78 ford truck.
