yeah i was about 200 bucks in parts 40 for paint 20 bucks in thinner and some other stuff masking tape, paper etc. i did all my paint/rust striping with a 20 dollar dual action sander and a 2.5hp 10 gallon air commpersor it took about a month to get the thing all cleaned up and i still need a better tailgate and grill

i was useing a dual action sander it costed me 20 bucks but then i bought a 3m paint striper that goes on a drill it work alot better than the sander but i still had to go over the bare metal with the sander to get the scratches out that the drill thingy put in the metal

I have a small pot blaster, and I'm trying to decide between using it, with the soda blast adapter, or just stripping it with a disc like you did.

Yeah... another inline-6 :woohoo:

If you decide to paint the interior, don't be afraid of it. It takes no time to get the dash pad, instrument cluster, seat, switches, door panels and heater controls out of the way so you can spray it. I did mine in the F100 in three nights (disassembly-paint-assembly) with a rattle can. Turned out pretty nice and only cost about $25 bucks (paint, tape, etc). I just cleaned the existing paint and roughed it up with some 240 wet dry. Still looks good after 3 years.

I hit all the switch bezels and other chrome parts with some chrome polish while they were out just to finish it off.

Good job!
