Anybody know of any aftermarket doors for bedsides for the auxilary fuel tanks? Mine are crusty and this spring I plan on re-dong my 72. Wanted to get new doors for the bed. With the hinges on these it'd be pretty tough to replate them and not have the rot come through... I'd think? If need be I'll see what a plater thinks about doing them. figure something like copper, brass, nickel, chrome to have them hold up for years.
What'd really be nice is if somebody's making new from stainless...!!
Anybody have any info I'd appreciate it if you could e-mail me as I don't get over to this site very often.
Thanks,
Bob

no one makes the square ones to replace the dealer ones on our trucks.

If it Looks good and Works good then it's ok by me. Everything has its issues from time to time...

Re: Bedisde saddle tank doors
Thanks folks,
You put me on the right track and I stumbled onto ones that are identical to what are on mine now. Some of the ones out there are too small for my openings.

One bummer is they don't offer these up in S.S. I might go aluminum and clear coat them.
Thanks again for the help.
