Hank williams sr dixie cannonball

Have you heard this story of the Hot Rod Race
When Fords and Lincolns was settin' the pace
That story is true, I'm here to say
I was drivin' that Model A

It's got a Lincoln motor and it's really souped up
That Model A body makes it look like a pup
It's got eight cylinders, uses them all
It's got overdrive, just won't stall

With a 4-barrel carb and a dual exhaust
With 4.11 gears you can really get lost
It's got safety tubes, but I ain't scared
The brakes are good, tires fair

It was just an old hand-me-down Ford
With a three-speed on the column and a dent in the door
A young boy two hands on the wheel
I can’t replace the way it mode me feel
And I would press that clutch
And I would keep it right
And he’d say, “a little slower son you’re doing just fine”

fly on a windshield genesis

As the riders loped on by him he heard one call his name
If you want to save your soul from hell a-ridin' on our range
Then cowboy, change your ways today or with us you will ride
Trying to catch the devil's herd, across these endless skies...

Ghost Riders in the Sky the most popular version by Johnny Cash...Chet Atkins played it as well.

I haven't followed this thread so spare me if this one has already been used.

And he said --
"Ten four...back door,
Put the peddle to the metal and...let it roar
Hammer down...to Macon town...
Gonna see my momma...sure.
Well, the bears are gone,
Let's...bring
it on...
The Georgia line's...out of sight.
Pulled outta Richmond town last Saturday night,
