I was getting ready to sandblast today and needed to plug an open brake line so I grabbed an ear plug, rolled it, stuck it in the open end and problem solved. Now if that would only work on my wifes cars squealy brakes

That IS a great tip. How come I never thought of that before? Used to work in the power plants and could have gotten all of those I could ever need if I had just thought if it.
