Buckinthebowtie - Grant Peterson

Post by trukcrazy »

Some of you folks know who Grant is. He was working at Classic Trucks magazine up until now. His last entry is in the August edition. He has moved on into another department of the same organization. His bumpside build up isn't finished, but he assured the readers that we would see it when it is finished. Just thought I would let y'all know. Too bad for bumpsides everywhere, but good for Grant. Congratulations Grant, thanks for bringing the bumpside and FORDification some big recognition.

Yeah, good for him, but I'm thinking I'm going to let my subscription expire. I subscribed for the build-off story - it really inspired me to get back into my project. I don't know what's going on with that rag and it's evil twin CCT, but they both seem to start projects, stutter to a halt, then start another to give up a few months later. It's like they've got automotive ADHD.

Good luck Grant, wherever you go, but whatever you do, finish that truck & show us the results!

It's the publication business right now. Ad pages are down, subsriptions are down. Legendary Ford Magazine folded last month as well and that one was very high quality. We are starting to see page counts rise again at work and the schedules are filling pretty quick so expect a good holiday season (for sales if not mags).
