Need picture posting help

I am trying to figure out how to post a picture in a PM. I thought there was a tutorial on it somewhere but, I haven't been able to find it.

Any ideas where to find it or should I just lose my mind searching for it ? Thanks for any help.

You have to have the image already on a hosting site, such as photobucket. Just copy and paste the image link from the hosting website into your PM.
