Meet "Daisy"

Post by Brokenarrow »

We've got a new critter at our place. Her name's Daisy, she's a little sweetie :) We've been bottle feeding her goat's milk. She stay's outside and comes to the door when she wants a bottle. We've got ton's of sand-plums & wild grapes on the place so she's pretty happy here. She also likes the wifes roses and honeysuckle

How did you ever get close enough to catch her? And what happened to her momma?

My nephew was down on the creek setting banklines and practically tripped over her laying in the grass. He just reached down and picked her up, she could barely walk so I'm guessing she was only a few hours old. He took her home because he was afraid her momma would abandon her since he'd touched her.

Awesome...that is neat. Not too often do you get to hang out and feed/ pet a deer.

If you're talking 'bout the little fat-dog on the couch, that's Ellie, she's a "chiweenie". She's 8" tall and weighs 27lbs,lol.
