Now Im pretty sure Keith holds the record around here for "hands on" expieriences in dis-assembling and re-assembling these old trucks but I think we can all agree that as we spend time with these old girls they kind of tell a story.
It might be the 10 year old matchbook found under the bench seat, or the Cracker Jack toy stuffed in behind the glove box for the last 15 years.
It may even be the hack job the previous owner did to the wiring harness. The different color door you never realised you had before.
With 30 sum years of history, these old trucks have a lot they could tell us.
The other day when I was all alone just tinkering in my old truck. I got to thinking, what if she realy could talk? I just wonder what kind of stories she would tell? May sound silly. But thats what I was thinking.
Then my next thought was,, of some of the old cars and trucks I used to have when I was younger and dumber. And how I sure am glad that they CANT tell some of thier stories.
