Hell yeah. You can't score a goal if you don't take the shot.

And definately be ready to buy then and there but don't act too eager or excited or the owner will start thinkin they have a million dollar rust bucket. If you leave and come back chances are someone will have told the owner the truck is worth more than agreed.

It depends, a mid '70's highboy in Indiana that can be easily seen for the road is probably a yard trophy... Been there.
