I like Valvoline and Castrol for my trucks. I think synthetic is neat but since my trucks have been using regular oil since new, I don't want to change now. I have to use a heavy weight oil for my bump cause light weight oil leaks more, etc.

castrol gtx 10x40 in my truck. I think most oil will be ok as long as you change it regulary for the most part

yeah I change mine every 2500 miles or if not that many miles every 3 months
