my day scrapping

today i woke up got on here and helped where i could then i checked craigslist to see if i could find any deals. i found a guy who wanted soemone to come get a load of scrap for free. so i went and got it. 20 miles away. i then drove around gardenr and found some more scrap laying by the curb. a dryer ceiling fan window air conditioner and some guy gave me some 1 1/4 inch copper pipe abotu 6 ft of it. i then came home and spent the rest of the day stripping out the copper wire and electric motors out of most of the stuff i brought home. i also got a free working push mower and a nice aluminum and wood love seat for the back porch. the rest of the stuff i got was a load of 1 1/4 galvnized pipe. enough to make a 8 ftx 15 foot dog cage out of. well that is what it was before i cut it all apart. so i got me a load of scrap but i spent the whole day cleaning it up. atleast i can sell the lawn mower to make up for the days worth of work stripping the appliances. that freezer was a apin in the back to strip the coils out of. one of the neptune washers had a large brick inside of it to help keep the washer balanced while running. that thing was heavy by itself. well nothing exciting but i did keep busy today. and i filled my truck with a good heavy load of scrap. anyone need some 1 1/4 X 8 ft galvanized pipe or 5 ft chain link fence?
