Did anybody say that the part that you need NOW and don't have is probably the most valuable one?

1. Onan on board generator and brackets
2. Bucket seat brackets
3. The behind-the-seat storage console
4. Flareside shortbed with dent in fender for tire
5. 3-spd column with power steering
6. Factory A/C unit (in cab, not under hood components)

I think that list nails the valuable parts.
i have lucked out in the past year and was able to get a 3 spd p/s column by trading a f600 cluster and i picked up an a/c unit for 100 including the compressor and lines

If it's the really long one that goes on the floor behind the seat, I've got one in the garage (and one in my truck; don't know where the jack went, though  )
