bumpside-dentside compatibility?

I have a 68 f100, and absolutely no junkyards around have any. I just have a few questions on whether or not I can use a few dentside parts on my 68. A local yard has about 20 73-79 trucks and also has ridiculously great prices so using bump parts would only make sense. So, I was wondering, would any of these parts from a dent work on a bumpside? 75-77 grill, headliner, sunvisors, 3sp. on the column shift tube, rubber floor mat, seat, front bumper, and rear bumper.

yes on the column floor mat front and rear bumper up to 77. i am unsue abotu the grille. i have seen a bump grille on a dentside once.
