I apologize if these have been done already, as I have not sifted through the prior posts:

I'm back on board that '49 Ford in 1956
Long before the sun came up way out in the sticks
The headlight showed a two rut roadway
Back up in the pines

Here's another:
Lazy yellow moon comin up tonight,
shinin through the trees.
Crickets are singin and the lightin bugs
are floatin on a breeze...

Don't know the first one w/o some help from google so I'll let someone else take a stab at it but the second is "Fishin' In the Dark"- The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band

Mike, that aint' even right man! It's a trick...

TYhe song is Mr. BoJangles but could be from about five to ten different artists!
So I'll say either Jerry Jeff Walker or The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band!

Next song:
"As far as I'm concerned there aint' no excuse, for the raping and the killing and child abuse.
I got a way to put an end to all that mess.
You just take them rascals out in the swamp, put em' on their knees and tie em' to a stump.
Let the rattlers and the bugs and alligators do the rest..."
