I appreciate the fact that you paid for, and expected something in return. I also appreciate the fact that you expected it right away.

Having said that, I think filing a claim with Paypal less than a week after you sent it was a bit over-reactive on your part. My son ended up in the ICU last week, and I have been living in the hospital since, until them let him out of ICU this morning.

Anybody on this board that has ever bought anything from me (including a couple hundred harnesses over the last 4 years) will tell you I tend to do right by them, and something like this is a very rare occurence. The ONLY reasson it wasn't mailed right away is because I am busy taking care of my son during the daytime, every day, and ANY trips into town I make for any purpose have to be combined into as few trips as possible. I had several other items I needed to package that I was awaiting payment on, hence why I waited two days.

Sorry you couldn't show a little more patience.

Old news, yes my son recovered fully. Now I have other things going on though, almost as bad for him. :(
