I think you are overestimating the intelligence of the average gas thief. :maybe:

Daily driver Focus is always filled. The bump gets $20 when ever it get below 1/4 tank. That could be as much as every couple months.

My daily driver (2006 f150 4.2l v6) gets at least two tanks, usually three, per week. I need to change rides. This $120-$150 a week gas bill is killin' me...

Jarred Hodges wrote:Probaly a stupid thread but why not. When you go to buy gasoline do you fill the vehicle up or just put a little in. I rarely fill up unless I am going somewhere. I usually buy around $10 worth. I think the most I have bought at once was $40

And you thought this was going to be a stupid thread. It is like the Energizer Bunny, just keeps on going and going. Good thought you had.

My 71 is my DD. It gets filled it up every other day. Besides always having at least a half tank of gas, the truck stop attendents recognize it and turn the pump on so I don't have to go in and prepay.
