Re: Who's older? You or your truck?
I've been 29 since 1984. Back then I was 16 years older than my truck, now the truck is 10 years older than me.

Re: Who's older? You or your truck?
I would like to say I'm older than my truck, but that's not the case. But, maybe thats a good thing cause I got the benefit of driving something none of my friends have, had, or were alive to remember(most of them). I'll be keeping the old Ford trucks alive for decades to come, Lord willing.

I'm a Feb '71 model, I've got a March '72 F100 LWB and a May '69 Flareside. So, we're the same style but in about the same fair shape.

Now that sounds like my Mother. At 80 she still says she is 39.Montana71-F100 wrote:I've been 29 since 1984. Back then I was 16 years older than my truck, now the truck is 10 years older than me.

Be happy with your age, you'll be a lot older soon enough.TexasTruck72 wrote:I would like to say I'm older than my truck, but that's not the case. My f100 is a '71 model. The Ranchero is a '65 and the F150 was built October 2010 (still in diapers). I am a '62 model. The new one is the only one currently running:)

1972 F100 4x2 Rolling Restomod. She's got a 302 that runs like a top and a 4-speed that shifts great with the original clutch. Needless to say, the original owner was very good to his vehicles.
