So I thought all hope was lost on having this truck running soon. But today I was looking and I found a guy with a 302, I called and sure enough it was in running order. The next thing to cross my mind was, "Great, now I've got to do a whole bunch of converting to do. Seeing how I just commited to a small block engine and I've got a FE Block!" So I called the guy back just to see if the motor mounts were included. He threw in EVERYTHING! I'm talking alternator, carborator, newly painted valve covers, new gaskets, brand new extra distributor cap and plug wires, even the original ford breather, and everything else I'd need just to set down in the truck and get it running for, are yall ready? Three hundred and fifty dollars! All I need now is a C4 and a new wiring harness!

I'm so glad because I can finally turn this truck into something my Papa would've been so proud to drive! <3
**Will post pictures as a comment to this forum tomorrow when i go to pick up my 302
