I never heard of a 4-speed C6 before. That's got to be worth 10 grand alone. The rest of the truck is the typical 1-grand-special.

The Transmission,
C6 4 speed automatic. The transmission was rebuilt when the engine was built. The transmission works awesome. I should say it feels new. It does have a small gasket leak.

So... is it a C6 or a 4 speed? :hmm:

Come on guys $12k is a steal! It has the ultra rare 4-speed C6, and apparently has animal sound effects (purrs like a kitten ). Plus you've got to figure in the whole recession thing, as well as it being Christmas time thing when people are strapped for cash that makes it worth even more .

Now I am just asking a question here but if you fellas were selling a truck and two primary selling points were a "rebuilt" transmission and "428 Cobra Jet" don't you think you'd try to take a picture of said transmission and 428?

Just askin...

That said, I'd probably want over 12,000.00 for mine, and if I took those same two pictures it wouldn't look that good...

I would at least post the 428CJ casting numbers from the cylinder heads...

wheather he is asking too much or not. i wouldn't give that because it isnt even a nicely fixed up truck. like you see on ebay that go for over 10,000. as far as the engine. i don't like to buy gas.

I cant find the post now but a guy had a 71 CS listed on criagslist for 24,000 and he said at the bottom " yes its 24,000 now 2,400" It really did floor me. I had to email him. All I asked was "does it come with the goose that lays golden eggs?" He acually responded with " in ten years it will". 24,000 for a CS it really blew me away. it was all stock i think it had 70k og on it. 360, c6 haha it was great if I can find the posting ill put it here but it was worth mentioning.
