We had some venison stew the other night 8). As of right now the deep freezer is packed with meat and I'm helping make deer-hash for dinner in just a few minutes (stir fried: deer meat, onions, bell peppers, & diced 'taters) :D. You're very right about that, nothing better than the taste of freshly cooked deer meat in this cold weather we've been having the last couple of weeks.
