Lets see your favorite ball cap. I guess I have more than one. When it comes to Fords this has to be it. Got it 22 years ago at a Ford service center in Pacific Beach, Ca.

Mine (No Picture of it) Is my Mark Martin Roush Racing Cap! It is the one I wear when I am all dressded up for a special occasion!
My day to day hat at the moment is a SF Cap with no patches on it! I have a tan and a black one, wear the tan one more!

I've got two favorite hats. One is a well broken-in Browning hat that I've had for at least 5-6 years and fits my dome perfectly (which is saying a lot when you've got a big noggin like me ) The other is a Ford-Racing hat similar to Bobby's but the hat itself is more of an off-whiteish color .

how do you clean them these days anways? i went to a cap shop but didn't see the dishwasher/washing machine shape keeper deal that was the rage in the 90's. and the keepers of this shop didn't move to help me one bit.

Gentle cycle in the washing machine usually gets the job done, and then I let it air dry, otherwise it won't fit my fat head anymore

I clean mine with a toothbrush water maybe if needed a little soap. Hang to dry works great. I have one of those hat shape drying cages, never have used it.
