Overwhelmed

Post by ford4x4fun »

Well I started this day off with X amount of people, Well in a small amount of time I went from that x amount of people to just myself to run a shop that needs to be manned for 24 hours a day... It is amazing what happens when someone shakes up your snow globe a little...

Great analogy! and so true. When you find yourself walking in circle around the bench without a clue as to where to start, it time to take a deep breath... then scream like a Banshee! :D

Ha Ha!, I am commo, evey now and than I have to check my network... So I choose to check it this way... Thanks for adding your alls part to my daily checks! So far I am ready to start shooting things just to have the loud noise wake me up, and I have started urinating something that is black and resembles the coffee pot. And to be honest this chair and my Carhart arent't as comofortable as my bed and blanket but it is working. But running on about 3 hours of sleep since my last post and still kicking! And I have managed to keep all moving parts from exploding and still managed to have a clear enough head to fix a couple so-called disasters. I have even set a new Area of Operation standard. So it has been an eventful 38 or so hours. Now... I just need to figure out how to take a shower during all of this!

OH! And I am glad you all find humor in this :P Ha! Ha!

Well I got sleep and things where going good. I got one of my guys back, so it was all on the up and up. Until they tried to fix a clogged toilet on the second floor of our building. My room is on the first floor directly below the broke toilet, is my toilet. The local plumbers method of removing said clog in toilet. 5 gallon jugs of water. Well the toilet upstairs flushed over and over again but not quite correctly. So they kept pushing more water through trying to fix the problem. 3 hours later, I go to my room, there is $#!+ water all over my stuff all over my floor all over my bathroom walls, my room and I believe everything is jsut ruined. So now the only thing I can hope for is that my new toothbrush that is still in the package somehow managed to not get soaked in this whole ordeal. But on a brighter note I am down to 12 hour shifts again! :woohoo:

If ever there was a definition for "Pooh rolls down hill", this is it.
Hope you were able to borrow clean camera and get pictures.
That is just brutal! Hope they can clean and replace what is damaged.
And I really hope you get a better place to stay!
