Decent looking truck but the shortbed would steer me away. Put a tool boc across the bed and you can hardly get anything else in the bed. Real steep price right now. I would maybe go around $2700 or so around here in NC.
I don't know about the curse either unless it is the weird door handles and heater knobs. lol
Come on 67 owners, I am messing with you. I love all 67-72 F100's

The curse of the 67 has been seen by lots of members here sense the beginning... I'll stick with my 69's  :P

It's happened too many times here with the members for it to be a coincidence. Heck, it's happened with me THREE TIMES now! And the last time it happened, it wasn't even a '67...it was a '68, but it was advertised and sold as a '67. That's all it took.

The curse of the '67 is the fact that when a man buys one, he gets more than he might have bargained for. :D The story goes that when anyone on Fordification buys a '67, his wife, fiancee, girlfriend, chick you met at the bar, or other female human companion, will soon thereafter have a bun in the oven.

That truck isn't too bad, but WAY overpriced(at least what I'm used to around here). The things that make me think twice about this truck are: fluid leak under hood, no dash pad, bent rear bumper, possibly worn-out column shift parts, crappy replacement radio, and no telling what else. Other than that it looks good as far as the body and trim. In my area, a '67 like that would sell for $1500-$2000 tops.

Alright Guys, just got back from the Salvation Army and talked to one of the sales guy. First thing, the truck wasn't there when I pulled into the parking lot. I was like WOW, they sold it for $5300. I wasn't even CLOSE! Anyways check this out, they had issues with the donor. The issue being that the people who donated the truck requested IT BACK!! YES! You heard me right, the donors came back and wanted the truck back. He told me that the donors had to go up pretty high channels to get this truck back. Usually a donation is final but the donors got the truck back. So anyways, this truck is no longer for sale and is back in the hands of the donors. You just can't make this stuff up...

I see a lesson here. "Don't Ever Trade, Sell, Donate Or Give Away Your Bump" EVER!

Once you've owned one, your addicted for Life! Every Bump or early Bronco that I've owned have wonderful memories attached and I now wish that I never sold them... any one of them!

Great story, Thank You for sharing the final outcome. Great when a thread has an ending... weird as it is, but I DO understand their change of heart.
