Where did you find a crew cab headliner? Or did you make it?
Thanks guys! Imade the headliner out of FRP panel from the home depot. It's the beaded bathroom panel; I just cut the pieces and used the back side of it. I used the almond color, which is almost identicle to wimbledon white. They also have it in white and grey. The only issues I had were along the center. I didn't have the trim piece that goes on there so I had to use a few #8 self tapping screws to hold it up. I just painted the center rib and the screws with almond colored paint and that looks pretty good. It's not perfect, but it sure beats what I had.

I only have the rear section and it's perfectly square; if you want I would be happy to measure it for you and give you the demensions.

Thanks for all the positive comments! I've had these ideas for this interior in my head for a few years now and it sure is nice to see it all come together. I had a number of people kinda say "eh, I dunno about that..." when I talked about how I wanted to do it, so it makes it even sweeter that it turned out really well!

Just wanted to give a small update here. I've been doing little things to help improve gas mileage and some other small projects, but I got one big thing done yesterday. New tires and wheels! I went from 33x12.50's to a 9.00x16 (basically 36x8.5 or 9) Military style NDT. Some of you may have seen it in the general thread, but I wanted to post a pic here for anyone who follows this thread. Here ya go!

Do you have a 2 piece headliner or did you make it just one big one?
it looks great, I was thinking of making mine one piece while the windows are out but I wont be able to ever get it out later

It's two pieces, just like the original. The only trouble I had was that the frp panel is not incredibly flexible, so the edges took a little finess to not break. I don't have the center trim piece either so I just painted the rib to match.
I may break down the slots and tires and sell them seperately with the slots going on ebay. If I do I will post a link here.
