Auto Fair in Charlotte on April 8th

Ive been there every year since 1994. I dont know if im going to be able to make it there this year or not. I love being able to walk around to see and buy and just look through everybody elses stuff. About 5 years ago i seen a factory aircleaner with chrome lid on it, Looked like it was from the late 60s and bought it for $20. As im walking back to where a friend has a stand set up at to drop it off a guy comes walking up to me fast, and im thinking whats this about . He ask me if i wanted to sell the aircleaner, I tell him i just bought it and really dont want to sell it, He said he would give me $400 for it. SOLD, After he gave me the money i asked him what it went to. A 70 Boss 302. Got back to my friends stand about 3 hours later and told them about it, They said good, I guess you buying the steaks tonight I have a great time everytime i go, hope i can get to go this year

I don't have the cash this year to go but I will probably go in the Fall. I try to go once a year. I was there one year and bought a set of Warn locking hubs on the hopes that they would fit a 1969 F100 4X4 I had. Came in the box with all the gaskets and nuts. Talked the guy down from $40.00 to $20.00. Called Warn and found out it wouldn't fit my truck so I put it on ebay. It sold over $100.00 so I was happy.
