off topic Unibody sighting

Post by Captain America »

Sitting in the Vancouver, WA PickNPull. A 1963 Ford Unibody pickup. This one appears to be an F250, which I thought was odd. Pity to see it sitting there. I asked at the counter and they said they couldn't sell it as a whole vehicle. That dent you see behind the door was inflicted by the yard monkeys. Every single truck in that yard had the same dent or a stove in door where the loader left its mark.

Tell 'em it's not a whole vehicle. There aren't any wheels!

I'll take the steel headlight bezels and buckets from the bump on the right.

The bezels on that '67 were pretty hammered. I'm considering going back for the painted grille. It's not perfect, but I'd give it an 8 out of 10. I have a pair of '67 painted bezels that I took off my truck that are better.
