I guess when your first ride from the hospital is in a FORD you have a born love for them. I was brought home in a 1941 fire engine red business coupe with a souped up flathead and dual smitheys. That was in 1947. I think he probaly run a little shine back then :wink:

the reason i tell people that i dont know anything is because they want to try and buy my truck for fifty cents. so from now on. they can go fish. they dont come around to talk about my ratty old looking truck.

the only times i don't like talking trucks is when someone knows more about my truck than i do and they are wrong about it. i just smile and agree.
i have a 61 unibody and you would be surprised at all the people that come up and tell me about my one year only truck with the yada yada yada options etc. sometimes it is hard not to put them in the know, but i know better and just nod and listen.
