upto the 90's vans radiators will fit. but the mounting bracket on one side has to be changed. most of the rest of the stuff. is mainly up to 1979. weather strip maybe the only other universal item. other than maybe a seat. things like horns and other little switches may fit or work. it all depends. i would suggest. just asking piece by piece for what you need. engines can be made to fit. as well as transmissions. well anything can be made to fit and work. it just depends on if you ever want to resell it as a professional build or a rat rod type of thing. anyone could take a bump body and mount it to a Ferrari frame. would anyone want to have a truck on a ferrari frame is the question we all need to look at when modding out our trucks. alot of us dont like chuby engines in our trucks.
